Jalan Raya ‘09

I think I’ll just post pictures and do a slight narration from there. This is way overdue! Well, if you don’t count the Cameron Highlands trip that is. Heh.

So I only received the full plans from Taufiq the night before. But he is forgiven cus he had a Biology paper that afternoon haha.

My house was first. Honestly, I was quite surprised cus 1) I live in Yishun and all the girls live in the (the very far) East & 2) They were supposed to meet at Yishun MRT Station at 10am. But I’m so darn glad most of them could make it and had little complains heh.

They fell in love with the mirror and not to mention the guy in Taylor Swift’s ‘You Belong With Me’  music video. Pft.

Off to Taufiq’s! (which is in Yishun as well)

Had awesome Nasi Lemak at his place. The sambal was just nice cus if you have been to Taufiq’s house at least 10 times, you will know that the sambals at his house rates at 11 on the spiciness scale of 1 – 10.

After Solat, we left the North and journeyed to the East where Dinie is patiently waiting for our arrival in Pasir Ris.

Feast your eyes on the most delicious thing on Dinie’s dining table. Nutella Rolls! :D :D :D With generous spread of Nutella on each roll, the chocolate goodness just bursts into, dare I say it, gastronomic orgasms in the mouth. -drools- Okay in simple terms, it is very the BOOMZ. Haha. Andandand, its only $20 for 5 rolls (size: from your wrist to elbow) ! Cheap or what! Imma buy for Hari Raya Haji. Haha. Oh not to be forgotten, the Cempedak Layer Cake (the brown thing at the back) is awesome too. Moist goodness :D :D :D

A picture really paints a thousand words. Just look at the girls. Satisfaction TTM!  Dinie’s mom even had to put out another serving of the Rolls and that finished in under a minute. Not. Kidding.

Ultra Happy People. It was the Rolls I’m telling you!

Next was Liyana’s house! At this point, our stomachs were really full. Oh and Bazliana joined us at this house! :D

I am the proud photographer of this picture. What’s up with the lesbian tendecies man. Haha. I blame the Rolls for their high-ness too (: Oh yeah and before this was this picture where Taufiq’s face got completely distorted and everyone had a laughing fit. Haha. I wasn’t laughing as hard initially but damn those laughing fits were contagious.

Tarianers! Haha those were the days.

Mardiana and Aieshah left after Liy’s house. Then it was Shuhadah’s house. It was partly raining by then and we were all so tired and sleepy. Just lepak-ed and watched Dhoom on Vasantham.

Just plonked ourselves in front of the TV. Hee!

Next up was Wahidah’s house!

We were told earlier to keep our tummies as free as possible for Wawa’s house because..

Okay you can’t really see it but we had Briyani at her house! Super shiokz. There were also Otah and mini Sandwich. We continued watching Dhoom at her house too.

It was probably around 6ish and we had three more houses to go. Haha.

Up next was Nadhirah’s!

I like this area of Nadh’s house. Brilliant place to lepak and just talk.

Father, daughter and mother. One happy family!

We had cheese tofu (mmm!) and fried chicken accompanied by uber nice milk tea. Nadh’s youngest brother was constantly trying to embarrass her. Haha at one point he even said ‘penis’ loudly. & that kinda triggered people (myself included) at the dinner table to repeat that word for a good 40 seconds. Haha.

This was when there was loud crack coming from the bench that Izyan was kneeling on. Heh!

After this, it was sayonara to Dinie and Farah.

The rest of us went ahead to Atiqah’s house. (dead tired haha)

Highlight of Atiqah’s was her cats, J’et aime and Coco. Adorable creatures and incredibly furry.

This is J’et aime (male). Coco didn’t stick around very much and she went away before we could take a proper picture. Haha.

And finallyyy it was Izyan’s house! Wooh.

And then, I insisted on a jumpshot. Thank God the flooring didn’t give way haha.
